Biography
Justin has started at the University of Oxford where he leads a team that delivers a training and development programme for 2,300 postgraduate researchers and 1,000 post-docs within the division. Previous to this he was a post-graduate researcher, a Lecturer in International Relations and latterly the Research Staff Development Manager at the University of Reading. He enabled Reading to be amongst the first ten HEIs in the UK to win and retain the European Commission’s HR Excellence in Research Award.
