Biography
Emma is the Academic Development Lead for Research at the University of Strathclyde where she leads on researcher development activities for research staff, early career academics and doctoral supervisors across the institution. She was also an expert panel member for the review of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers.
Emma previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher for 11 years in both the UK and US. She was a Co-Chair of both UK Research Staff Association (UKRSA) and the University of Dundee College of Life Sciences Postdoc Association.
