She started working in ICIQ in June 2017, as the Learning & Development Officer, and her big challenge was how to train ICIQ researchers, specially how to help them develop their soft skills. In June 2018 she became the Manager at the Human Resources Unit and was in charge of developing different projects such as the Careers service, the gender equality plan, and a mental health programme. Since 2002, Leticia has been involved in educational projects. She started as an ITC and Human Resources teacher in Practices Enterprises Methodology courses (SEFED Program). This practical methodology is based in learning through concept, and professional and social competences have been developed thanks to this practical methodology. From 2007 to 2017, Leticia worked as the head of Training Area in the foundation that manages the Practices Enterprises Methodology (Inform Foundation), in Spain. She has been in charge of a teachers training program, the e-learning platform and she has been managing several mobility projects (Erasmus). Leticia also works as a psychotherapist.
