‘Trailblazer’ is intended for those more established in researcher development and looking for additional materials over and above what you may already have, or if your role in researcher development involves considering a strategic or institutional perspective. This level is also more likely to include evidence based reports to inspire you to build capacity and lead on new initiatives.
