Choose your Practice Pathways level
Each edition is aimed at two different levels of experience so that you can select the Practice Pathways level you would like to take.
Practice Pathways level: ‘Pathfinder’ (early stage)
The Pathfinder is suitable for those fairly new to researcher development and are looking for the practical basics. This level is packed with resources, tips and information to help you nurture researchers to reach their potential, develop your understanding of key elements of researcher development and add impact to your role.
Practice Pathways level: ‘Trailblazer’ (experienced)
Trailblazer intended for those more established in researcher development and looking for additional materials over and above what you may already have, or if your role in researcher development involves considering a strategic or institutional perspective. This level is also more likely to include evidence based reports to inspire you to build capacity and lead on new initiatives.
