The BIRAX Regenerative Medicine Initiative Fellowship Scheme funds short and longer term research visits by scientists in Britain and Israel. PhD students and Post-Docs can apply for funding to establish or strengthen research links and develop scientific collaborations. Applications must be submitted by Sunday 15 December 14.00 GMT.
Science without Borders is an initiative launched by President Dilma Rousseff to broaden cooperation between Brazil and world-leading universities in science and technology. Funded by the Brazilian government with support from the business sector, it will send over 100,000 Brazilians to universities worldwide, including up to 10,000 awards in the UK. It also provides full support to Brazilian universities to be able to bring to Brazil up to 4,000 researchers based abroad.
