#ShareMyThesis competition launches
Could you describe the importance of your thesis within a single tweet? If you are currently a PhD student or hold a doctorate, the #ShareMyThesis competition challenges you to summarise why your PhD research is important in 140 characters or less. The competition is open worldwide and to entries from all subject areas.
Competition entry is simple, just share why your doctoral research is important, making sure to include the hashtag #ShareMyThesis. Your tweet must be self-contained (don’t try to sneak a double tweet, links or pictures!) and understandable by a non-specialist. Judges are looking for why your research is important (not just what it is about).
Tweets must be tweeted before 9 February 2015, 10:00 GMT to be counted.
Full terms and conditions can be found on the British Library webpage.
This competition is brought to you by EThOS at the British Library in partnership with Research Councils UK and Vitae.
