HR Excellence in Research Award External Review
Vitae has recently confirmed the process that UK institutions can use to submit for their HR Excellence in Research Award four year external review. The UK process continues the link with the UK Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers.
The next steps for Vitae are to recruit a panel of peer reviewers to undertake the reviews. If you are interested in becoming a reviewer, look out for the call which will be out soon. The deadlines for the first two sets of institutions to submit for their four year evaluations are in September and December 2014.
We will soon also be announcing UK Universities to retain the HR Excellence Award after their 2-year internal review.
The announcement will be made at a EURAXESS lecture event on the 5 March, at the Queen Mary University of London, inaugurating the EURAXESS Bus Roadshow spanning 29 European cities.
The aim of the EURAXESS Roadshow is to provide access to a range of information and support services to researchers wishing to pursue their research careers in Europe.
Last year Vitae produced The Researcher mobility lens (link), in collaboration with EURAXESS to support researchers who want to improve their effectiveness in a new research environment.
