Vitae is pleased to present a suite of training and development programmes for use by institutions to support the professional development of research staff during the early years of their career.

The Research Staff Futures suite of resources is positioned to address the challenges of settling in as a new member of research staff, through to actively engaging in professional and career development, before moving onwards and upwards to the next career stage with confidence.
The programmes are interactive and experiential in nature, resource-light, and designed to be delivered flexibly by experienced facilitators to complement and enhance existing provision. They can be used as a linked series, as standalone programmes, or as short modules. Each programme is mapped to the Vitae Researcher Development Framework (RDF).
The suite has been through piloting and development in collaboration with the UK HE sector and the materials are now available to download from the Vitae website for users logged in with a UK institutional email address.
