New UKRSA publication: How will getting involved with a research staff association benefit you?
A new joint UKRSA Vitae publication illustrates what skills researchers gain from getting involved with a research staff association. The UKRSA carried out research last year that mapped skills active committee members gain to the Vitae Researcher Development Framework.
The publication was warmly received by international delegates at the launch of the International Consortium of Research Staff Associations in Dublin last week.
Use this publication as a way of engaging members of research staff with their research staff associations, enthuse current committee members and as a way to get buy in from decision makers.
