At the Vitae Connections event on 3 June devoted to the topic of researching, writing, and publishing about researcher development, our participants considered why we should conduct research in the field, and what impact it has on both their practice and professional development.
Guest presenters shared their motivations for and experiences of doing research and publishing in researcher development. The presentations sparked lively discussions and debates, and several key themes emerged from the day.
