Preparing for Leadership - new training programme

We are delighted to announce a new publication in the Vitae Library of Resources.
Preparing for Leadership is a two-day professional development programme to run with research staff. It is suitable for researchers who are starting to take leadership roles or who wish to take on more leadership roles in the future.
The programme, available now to the Vitae members, uses an experiential, coaching and action-learning approach to guide early career researchers through aspects of leadership, such as, leading the self, intellectual leadership, and team leadership.
It is suitable for researchers of all disciplines, and particularly benefits from bringing together mixed groups of disciplines, departments, and institutions.
