How do we improve the recruitment of researchers into all sectors?
As part of EURAXIND, European project aiming to strengthen relationships between industry and higher education, Vitae is surveying institutional staff, employers, current researchers and research alumni to explore their particular needs, views and experiences relating to researchers making a transition from academic to other employment sectors.
The details about the four surveys are available here. They are aimed at:
- institutional staff, who are key stakeholders in the process of collaboration between academia and industry
- current researchers in research performing organisations
- intersectorally mobile researchers (those who have moved on beyond academia)
- employers
We would really appreciate if you could help us disseminate the surveys across and beyond your organisation.
The information will be used to produce new resources to strengthen relationships between industry and academia, and promote the recruitment of highly skilled researchers into all employment sectors, as part of the EURAXESS portal.
