Job Title: Research and Evaluation Project Manager

Based: Cambridge

Contract: Full time permanent, negotiable

CRAC (the Careers Research & Advisory Centre) is an educational charity based in Cambridge, which provides research, expertise and innovation to all those who support the career development of individuals of all ages and in all sectors. It owns Vitae which is a programme leading the professional development of researchers. We seek a talented research and evaluation project manager to join our team for the management and delivery of research and evaluation projects in CRAC’s and Vitae’s fields of interest, especially relating to higher education including researcher careers. The role will play an active part in evidence-gathering and knowledge-based projects reinforcing CRAC and Vitae’s position as a key innovator and thought leader in careers and the professional development of researchers, respectively.

In addition to skills and experience appropriate to social/economic research, the post holder will have experience in project management, and be highly organised with a capacity for multi-tasking and a focus on project delivery, with good team working skills, and energy, vision and enthusiasm to achieve successful outcomes.
