£900 million investment for Early Career Researchers and innovators
We welcome the announcement of £900 million for the Future Leaders Fellowship Scheme from UK Research and Innovation (UKRI). There will be six funding competitions and at least 550 fellowships awarded. The funding for early career researchers and innovators, including support for part-time awards and career-breaks, further acknowledges that one size does not fit all when it comes to the funding of research.
We will keep you informed about relevant collaborative opportunities around the six funding competitions when they are announced.
