Vitae Researcher Development International Conference: select your workshops and Special Interest Sessions (SIS)

With only five working days left until the Vitae Researcher Development International conference takes place, we are making the final preparations and look forward to welcoming participants to the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham on the 17/18 September.

All participants should have received an email containing administrative details and information about the Conference App.

For those who haven't done so already, you can now select from over 30 workshops and Special Interest Sessions (SIS) via the App. We recommend you select in advance before places fill up.

Last minute conference places are available.


Review of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers

On day one of the conference, participants will be able to find out for the first time details of the Review of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers, the Concordat Strategy Group response to the review and what the future holds.

On day two of the conference, there will be two Concordat related workshops taking place in which interactive discussion and debate is encouraged: 'Driving cultural change through a revitalised Concordat' and 'The power of partnerships: UKRSA and Researcher Developers working together to implement the revised Concordat'. Interactive discussion and debate is encouraged and 

Printed copies of the Concordat Review will be available to take from the Vitae stand and make sure you collect our new leaflet titled 'Future of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers' which includes key messages and details on next steps.
