Last chance to complete Concordat Consultation

For those of you who have not already completed it, the Concordat Strategy Group's online consultation to inform the revision of the Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers is closing at 17:30 UK time on Monday 7 January.

All those who support researchers, in the UK, including researchers, researcher developers, principal investigators, pro-vice chancellors, funders and other stakeholders are encouraged to take part in this signifcant opportunity.

Host an Intellectual Property Office (IP) workshop

Vitae and the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) are delighted to be partnering on the delivery of 15 ‘IP for Research’ workshops for doctoral and/or early career researchers, taking place between January and May 2019.

The workshops provide an exciting opportunity to increase the Intellectual Property (IP) knowledge and skills of doctoral and early career researchers and to facilitate relationships within institutions to support the management and development of IP.

The deadline for submissions is Friday 18 January 2019.

#VitaeChat: Wellbeing and Mental Health for Researchers

Our first #vitaechat of 2019 will take place on Monday 21 January around the topic of the welllbeing and mental health of researchers. Our panellists will point towards advice and share their experiences around wellbeing and mental health. The event is open to doctoral candidates, research staff and researcher developers.
