Agenda snapshot for Vitae Connections Week 2020 

Vitae Connections Week 2020 participants will be spoilt for choice in terms of the collection of carefully balanced activities on offer across the four-day agenda and fringe sessions.

The blend of synchronous and asynchronous participation will help connect those with an interest in researcher development across countries and time zones and increase the visibility, effectiveness and relevance of researcher development worldwide.

'Fringe' activities - beyond the boundaries of the official four-day event - so far include UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) focus groups, an
Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) training event and exhibitor-led sessions, the majority being held on Wednesday afternoon, after the excitement of the 3MT® competition final.

The UK Research Staff Association (UKRSA) are holding a Twitter chat on Tuesday 8 September from 12-1pm GMT +1, as a fringe activity in the run-up to #VitaeCon2020. The chat will engage with other researcher networks and researchers and specifically looking at the move to undertaking research online/remotely, sharing lockdown experiences, online networking tips, connecting within and beyond research communities. Registering for the 3MT® online final
