Vitae International Researcher Development Conference 2022 

We are pleased to announce exciting new updates to the Vitae International Researcher Development Conference programme. 

On Wednesday 14 September we will be joined by keynote speakers Dario Capezzuto, Policy Officer, European Commission, DG Research & Innovation, and Dr Gábor Kismihók, Learning and Skills Analytics Research Group Leader, Leibniz Information Centre for Science and Technology (TIB), who will share their global perspectives on the practice of developing researchers as part of Plenary 4: Supporting researchers into, through and beyond the PhD. 

We are also delighted to reveal the titles of the interactive workshops selected by this year’s expert panel for inclusion in the online and in person conference. These community-led sessions will primarily take place in parallel between Tuesday 13 and Thursday 15 September 2022 and will provide space and opportunity to progress conversations around key issues impacting the development of researchers.  

More information is to follow in the form of workshop abstracts and contributor insights. Look out for updates over the coming weeks when we will be launching workshop reservations on the conference website.
