Reflections from the Vitae Researcher Development International Conference 2016

We were delighted to welcome around 400 participants, the largest number yet, including researcher development practitioners, trainers, career specialists, heads of graduate schools, pro-vice chancellors, funders, research managers and other professionals from the UK and abroad to our annual Vitae Researcher Development International Conference, which took place in Manchester, between 12 and 13 September 2016. The Conference addressed the strategic and practical implications of policy developments, institutional capacity and best practice to support the careers of researchers...
