Researcher Development Framework Refresh

We have been working during the last year to undertake a refresh of the Vitae Researcher Development Framework, originally published in 2010.

The framework articulates the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to be successful in research; the latest version gathers the perspectives of colleagues undertaking research, and those who support them, to inform the refreshed content.

We are inviting a selected number of specialist experts to review the high-level contents for currency and applicability and would really appreciate your valuable input and feedback.

You will find an overview of the process of updating the framework, and the refreshed content in the slide deck (see slides 7-10), and we would be grateful if you would complete the short questionnaire to capture your reflections.

The survey will be open until close of play Tues 10th December. All those contributing at this stage will be recognised in the final publication. Many thanks for your help.
