RDF Development Cards
Vitae RDF workshop at Hiroshima University
The Vitae RDF Development Cards have been designed to support researchers with identifying their skills and planning their professional development. The cards can help you to work with the Vitae RDF to enhance researchers' development in an enjoyable, structured and personalised way. They are based on the Vitae Researcher Development Framework and support researchers in trying to become more self-aware and answer questions like:
- Where do my interests lie?
- What do I enjoy doing?
- How do I develop in areas required for the next step of my career?
- How do I give evidence of my skills to employers?
Who are the cards for?
Researchers themselves or anyone working with them on their professional development including:
- Trainers
- Researcher developers
- Careers advisors
- PIs
- Supervisors
- Team leaders
