About you

Our programmes have been designed to be delivered by an experienced facilitator or team of facilitators. Facilitators should be able to adapt the programme content to the needs of the participants and be comfortable delivering the content with an interactive and experiential approach.

Some programmes require additional specialist knowledge or familiarity with the context, as detailed within the programme leader manual. The specific roles and responsibilities for each programme are detailed within the manual.
